"Do your cables come with a guarantee?"

Every cable we make is done so with careful pride and workmanship. Like a violin maker, every cable we feel is worthy of sale is guaranteed 100% for 30 days from the date you receive them. That means we don't spend your money until total satisfaction.
"If I like the color of one cover, but want it put on a higher-end cable, can I request that?"

For everything but the Demi-Cables, we will change the colors to your liking. As long as it is a color we use with our other cables. If not, you may still make a request and we will do our best to give you exactly what you want..
"Can you terminate your speaker cables with pin connectors for spring connections on speakers or receivers?"

Yes we can. Simply request it when contacting our sales team.
"What are your "handmade banana plugs or spades" and how are they made?"

Our cables are very unique and therefore needed something other than the typical connectors found in the audio market.

They are made from solid copper, sized for standard post sizes(spades) and input circumferences for banana plugs.

These are special connectors that make a solderless connection, copper to copper, for the cleanest sound and clarity available. They can be plated with silver for the upper-end cables or simply requested for a slight fee. Either way, the conductivity and purity of sound far surpasses the gold contacts commonly found in the industry.
"Can you make different lengths of your cables?"

We certainly can and for our most of our cables, the cost per foot will go down. Simply contact our sales team and request a quote for any length.
"Do you sell entire packages for surround sound?"

We can, but you must get a quote from the sales department at sales@olympusaudio.com for your personal request.
"What can I expect if the cable needs repairs or replacement?"

Contact us at info@olympusaudio.com to explain your case. We pride ourselves on our customer sales and repeat business, so what we can tell you is that you will not receive better service anywhere.
"Do you make optical cables for 5.1?"

No we do not, but may do so in the future.
"Do your cables need time to break in?"
